About Us: ICNC was established in 1984, combining Fairfield and New Haven chapters,
with the goal to assemble and unify Infection Control Nurses and other health care professionals
in the Long Term Care environment and related fields and to
improve practices of infection control and prevention.
Today, we are called Infection Preventionists, and also welcome Home and Community Care, Health Departments, Acute Care and those interested in infection prevention/control to join our association.
Meetings: First Wednesday of each month except January, April and July
Membership dues: $35/year.
